plantar fasciitis
Heels absorb a considerable
amount of pressure as we walk. Any pain in the heel can
be very disabling and affect our posture as a result.
Plantar Fasciitis is a condition that develops with increasing
age, usually middle-aged people. There are no visible
features but a deep localised painful spot can be found
in or around the middle of the sole of the heel. Various
treatments are available for this condition.
